CONFLUENCE./ 匯流顧問
SERVICES

Bringing the Claude ecosystem into every department's daily work.

Not one more tool that helps with one small step and leaves the output scattered. It's one set, in one place: Claude Code reads your files and runs your commands; Skills capture what worked, so it reruns on a single phrase; a Team plan lets the company manage it centrally and distribute Skills to everyone; Connectors plug into email, calendar, and the systems you already have. And it isn't just for engineers. Confluence Partners brings this into the daily work of sales, marketing, finance, operations, and HR — and the capability stays with your own people.

We don't do tool-by-tool training. Each tool helps with one small step, the output lands somewhere different, and three months later nobody can find it or picks it up. Prompt classes, chat-window training, and general AI-literacy courses all fall in that category.

HOW IT WORKS
01

Map the work

List, line by line, the repetitive, hand-assembled parts of each person's day, and build the curriculum backward from them.

02

In the room

On their own machine, with their own files, each person builds a tool that works that same day.

03

Make it stay

What worked is written as a Skill: it reruns on one phrase, and new hires follow it.

04

Connect the company

Runs on the company's own Claude plan and keeps running after we leave. Adoption Programs only.

TWO WAYS TO WORK WITH US
DEPARTMENT WORKSHOP · 部門工作坊

One team, one to three sessions.
When it ends, the people know how.

For teams that want to start. We teach from your own reports and files; each person leaves with a tool they'll use at their desk.

WhoA single department, or a cross-functional group. Individual accounts are enough; no Team plan needed up front
SessionsOne to three
BeforeOne needs interview; the curriculum follows your work
Stays
  • AI is wired into your work. It's your secretary: each morning it tells you which email to answer first and what to prepare for which meeting. It's also your assistant: it reads the reports and files on your desk and remembers how you work, so nothing has to be explained from scratch.
  • Your methods stay in your hands. Get something working once, write it down, and AI reruns it on one sentence — like the weekly report that used to eat half a day, now done on request. What you wrote down, your colleagues can use too.
  • Research, data, and slides — AI picks all three up. What you look up goes into your own knowledge base, every entry traceable to its source; hand AI a report and it analyzes and charts it; when a deck is due, give it the data and your key points and it produces the whole thing.
  • You build the tools you need. The person who knows the problem is the one who builds — a progress board, a data dashboard — and the result is a URL that opens and works, no waiting on IT.
ADOPTION PROGRAM · 企業導入計畫

Across departments, in cohorts.
When it ends, the company knows how.

For organizations that have decided AI belongs in daily operations. It starts by mapping each department's work, runs cohorts through the room, keeps the methods in the company, and runs on the company's own plan.

WhoMultiple departments, starting with a pilot cohort
SessionsIn cohorts, one to three sessions each
BeforeLine-by-line mapping of each department's work, built backward into each cohort's curriculum
Stays
  • All four of the above, for every person.
  • Methods become company assets. What staff wrote down, the company can copy and distribute to everyone; it doesn't disappear when the author is on leave, transfers, or resigns.
  • The company can push it forward on its own. Staff who learned to write methods in the room write the next one themselves, without calling us. The capability stays with the company, not just the first cohort.
  • AI runs on the company's own plan. One account per person, still running after we leave; when it needs changing, the company changes it. The subscription is the company's; we set it up alongside you.

Not sure? Start with a workshop. A workshop can grow into an Adoption Program: STUDIO A began with a single pilot cohort and went company-wide.

WHAT COMES NEXT

Two next steps are common. One is another cohort: the next department, the next group. The other is a custom build: stitching reports scattered across systems into one, operations dashboards, data extraction from import declarations and invoices, project-tracking boards, internal knowledge bases — internal tools that sit alongside the systems you already run, built together with your people, and yours when it's done. Scope and deliverables are agreed case by case.
