We've seen where deployments get stuck — from the inside.
We've worked inside organizations, so we know why cross-department projects stall and why managers hesitate to sign off. And in our own industries, we were among the first to put AI to real work.
Twenty years in tech: seven as an engineer, ten as a product manager, three in data analytics and as staff advisor to a BU head — at Nokia, Novatek, and AUO. Left corporate life in 2025, was among the first users of Claude Code, and took a product from zero to launch single-handedly; founded Confluence Partners in 2026. Now leads enterprise AI deployments and corporate training that reach every department's daily work — not stopping at IT. Master of Science in Decision Analysis (MDA), Minerva University.

Seven years in software: backend engineering, software testing, and AI automation — at Taiwan Life, JKOPAY, and OneDegree. From OCR/NLP for insurance claims to payments and core financial systems; has handled financial data migrations at the 700,000-record scale and the rebuild of a Python monolith into Golang microservices. Connected AI agents into his own development workflow in late 2024. Focused on AI-assisted development and engineering-process automation, so the team's time goes to system design and the genuinely hard problems.
