Everyone a little more capable.Together, a stronger company.

A stream can only go as far as its own water will carry it. When several streams meet, they become a river — and a river reaches the sea.

Companies are the same. The extra capability each person gains, brought together, is what carries a company to places it could not reach before.

That is what our name means. A confluence is where streams meet.

The company is new — founded in 2026. The people aren't. Our consultants have each spent many years in their own industries, from telecom, IC design, display and traditional manufacturing to energy, finance, software and healthcare, as well as government and regional revitalization. Their work has been different, too — R&D, product management, data analytics, marketing, and process automation.

The "Partners" in our name is literal: the firm is a group of consultants who came together. Confluence Partners holds the contract and is responsible for delivery on every engagement; for each one, we bring in the consultants who know your kind of work best.

Every cohort is led or supervised by consultants holding Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect – Foundations certification. Anthropic is the company that builds Claude.

Inside companies, we watched people with good ideas get chased all day by reports, documents, meeting notes, and status updates, while the work they actually wanted to do kept slipping to tomorrow.

Then each of us became among the first at our own companies to get fluent with AI. We saw firsthand how far one person's capability can be amplified — and we know where things get stuck when a whole company tries to catch up.

Streams don't all meet at once. We believe a decent plan carried out steadily beats a perfect plan that stays on paper.

So we founded Confluence Partners to work alongside companies in Taiwan through the hardest part, the start, until they can keep going on their own. By then, people with ideas can put them into practice, and people with ability get noticed.
